The Brasserie On George Square

Placing a strong emphasis on locally produced food with an array of seafood dishes using Loch Fyne produce and melt in the mouth Scottish Beef, specially selected and aged from Thurso.

Some of the mouth watering dishes on offer include: "Pan Fried Loch fyne Scallops served with Black pudding", "Braised Shank of Ayrshire Lamb" and the Chef's special "Chocolate Fondant served with Honeycomb Ice Cream and Orange Mascarpone"

Getting There
By Road from the M8 Motorway:

Exit Junction 15 of the M8 motorway. Follow the road straight through 4 sets of traffic lights, at the 5th set turn left into Hanover Street. George square is directly ahead and the hotel is located on the right hands corner.

By Air:

Glasgow International Airport , 15- 20 minutes Drive. There are airport links by bus which leave from the terminal building every 10 minutes and drop guests at George Square, across from the hotel.

By Rail:

The hotel is adjacent to Queen Street Station and a ten minute walk from Central Station.

Parking Info
The hotel does not have a car park on site, however we have a special agreement with the 24hrs secure NCP on Montrose street, just a 5 minute walk from the hotel. In order to receive a 25% discount for parking, guests should present their ticket for validation on departure from the hotel.
