Located just 6 miles from the Historic town of Stratford upon Avon, this lovely family run hotel has just opened its new extension. The two storey building features a simple and elegant facade, in a courtyard layout a short walk from the original main building of the hotel. The new bedrooms will have flat screen TVs, modern plush interiors, wireless WIFI, and are styled with our guests comfort in mind.

The Kings Court Hotel is in the heart of Shakespeare country in the village of Kings Coughton, just seven miles outside Stratford-upon-Avon. The hotel is a fabulous 16th century Tudor farmhouse with beautiful gardens offering the most delightfully relaxed and friendly atmosphere. The charming restaurant offers a varied a la carte menu for which only the finest local produce used. If you fancy something lighter, the Twisted Boot has a excellent bar menu, offering a range of traditional and modern cuisine, as well as a variety of cask conditioned ales and an extensive wine list, perfect to wind down after a hard day. With its setting, friendly staff and excellent reputation, the Kings Court hotel is a hugely popular choice.

The hotel has 60 en-suite bedrooms, some of which are situated in the original Tudor farmhouse. All rooms have been designed with guest’s personal needs and comfort in mind, offering all modern facilities guests would expect including free WIFI. The friendly hotel staff are on hand to make guests stay both enjoyable and relaxing, making this the ideal retreat for exploring the surrounding area.

The spacious hotel restaurant has a relaxed and charming atmosphere, where guests can enjoy a delightful meal in peaceful surroundings. Twisted Boot Bar has a lovely, warm and inviting atmosphere where a wide range of traditional and modern pub food is served along with a varied selection of real ales, some of which are sourced from their local Brewery, Purity. This is the ideal place to sit on cold winter nights in front of the roaring log fire with a glass of mulled wine. Or on warm summer evenings why not cool off outside under the shade of the parasols or alternatively enjoy the tranquillity of the courtyard with a refreshing glass of Pimms.

Getting There
The Kings Court is located on the A435 between Alcester and Studley. If approaching from Alcester town centre you head on to the A435 towards Studley. You will pass The Moat House pub on the right and we are the next right hand turn opposite the Alcester Rugby Club. If heading on the A435 from Studley you will go through the village of Kings Coughton, passing Coughton Court on your left and keep heading towards Alcester. You will see the Kings Court Hotel sign 250 yards before you need to turn left into the hotel. The M42, M1, M5 and M6 are all with the surrounding area. The M40 link to the M42 aids access if travelling from London or the Southeast. Take the M42 west and take junction 3 onto the A435 to Redditch and Evesham. Travelling along the M1, come off at junction 21 and take the M69 to Coventry/Birmingham and then the A46 from Coventry to Stratford Upon Avon. M6 travelling from the North, at junction 8 exit onto the M5 motorway. Pick up the M42 at junction 4a. Follow until junction 3 and take the A435 towards Redditch and Evesham.
