With Bram Stoker a regular visitor in the late 1800's this small but perfectly formed 14 bedroom hotel prides itself on locally sourced traditional fayre with a modern twist.

With the world renowned Cruden Bay Golf Club, picturesque beach, historic harbour and Slains Castle just a short stroll from the hotel, whether your stay is for business or pleasure, our relaxed and friendly atmosphere will have you feeling this is your home from home in Aberdeenshire.

All rooms decorated and furnished in a traditional manner in keeping with the style and ambience of the hotel, whilst still including all modern facilities guests would expect including satellite television, Brodies tea and coffee making facilities, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, CD/radio alarm clock and free WIFI.
The Falcon Restaurant is situated in the light airy dining room, which has large bay windows looking out onto the hotel grounds. The relaxed informal atmosphere allows guests to enjoy a tasty meal, with friendly staff on hand to offer advice and information about the menu. Chefs take particular pride in the quality of cuisine which is prepared to order using only the finest local ingredients. Whether you choose a family favourite, vegetarian dish, steak from the grill or a dish from the specials board, Head Chef has included something to suit all tastes, guests can enjoy the best of traditional Scottish cuisine with a modern twist. The hotel are proud to announce that they are now able to adapt a majority of dishes to suit coeliacs, including fresh battered North Sea Haddock and chips.
Known locally as the “Killie” for a real taste of Cruden Bay there is the Public Bar. With a vibrant local atmosphere you can be assured of good company whether you are enjoying a local beverage or your favourite tipple. If you fancy listening to some of your favourite music there is a fully stocked juke box with up-to-date tracks and also those from yesteryear. There is also a dart board, so if you are feeling competitive the hotel can arrange a game for you.

Getting There
From the M90: Exit at J11 onto the A90 n the Direction of Dundee, Aberdeen. Continue on the A90 past Dundee, Stonehaven and Aberdeen. Approximately 25km after Aberdeen, take the right turn at the crossroads, signposted for Cruden Bay. Continue until the road meets the A975 and turn right onto Errolston Rd (A975) and continue onto Bridge St (A975). The hotel is then on the right.
