Yamazato is our signature Japanese restaurant offering award-winning cuisine prepared using traditional Kaiseki methods. The restaurant boasts a stylish modern décor with an authentic Japanese ambience and the Master Chef from Hotel Okura Tokyo will delight diners with his culinary art. Diners can enjoy Yamazato throughout the day starting with a set breakfast menu and a range of lunch and dinner options. The restaurant is divided into 3 dining styles; Teppanyaki tables, Sushi counter and Kaiseki Ryori – Japan’s haute cuisine. There are also 4 private dining rooms available for intimate dinners or special occasions.
