Situated just 25 minutes from Cape Town International Airport and a mere 35 minutes from Cape Town itself, Asara offers guests a range of welcoming experiences from fine dining at Raphael's restaurant to luxuriating at Sansibar Cigar and Whisky Lounge and partaking in delectable, handcrafted delights at Asara Deli.
Asara's celebrated wines are expertly crafted from grapes grown in its vineyards. Guests can indulge in a tasting at the Wine Bar and pair Asara wines with a selection of simple, seasonal country fare.
Asara provides a convenient base from which to explore the magnificent Cape Winelands.

Business Facilities
Our Ballroom is ideal for large conferences, product launches or presentations for up to 200 delegates. For smaller groups, the Courtyard Room holds up to 80 guests or Amber Terrace holds 24 guests and is situated adjacent to Raphael's in various formats, last but not least is Belvedere holding between 8 and 30 guests, all these venues offer spectacular views over the surrounding mountains and vineyards.

Getting There
FROM THE N2 / CAPE TOWN INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT

Travel along the N2 from Cape Town to Stellenbosch and take exit 33 (Baden Powell & Stellenbosch) on the left. Shortly after taking this turn off you will reach a Stop sign - turn left onto the R 310 here. Travel along this road (you will pass Vlaeberg Road on your left and Annandale Road and Spier on your right) until you come to a T-junction. Turn right towards Stellenbosch (still on the R 310). Shortly hereafter, you will find the gates to Asara Wine Estate on your left hand side.

FROM THE N1
Travelling from Cape Town to Paarl on the N1, take exit 39 to left. Shortly hereafter you will reach a Stop street - turn right here onto the R 304. Travel straight along this road, past Kyamandi and into Stellenbosch, until you reach a set of traffic lights and a sign on the left that reads: Strand (R44) and Kuilsrivier (R310) with an arrow to the right. Turn right at this set of Traffic Lights onto Adam Tas Road (Volkswagen dealer on the right and Seven Eleven and Eikestad Motors on the left). Continue along that road for 1.4 km and you will find a sign that reads: Kuilsrivier and Kaapstad R310. Turn right at this sign and continue along this road for 4km. The gates to Asara Wine Estate will be on you right hand side.
