The restaurant is open daily for lunch (12:00 - 15:00) and from 19:00 for dinner, with pre-dinner drinks served in the SALT bar lounge. A tapas menu of small tasting portions of select dishes can be enjoyed in the late-afternoon and at sunset. The restaurant is wheelchair friendly and valet parking is offered to diners.

Follow the N2 from Cape Town International Airport into the city.
From Buitengracht Street, turn right at the second set of traffic lights, into Western Boulevard. Follow this route to Beach Road. At the second right into Victoria Road and the Ambassador Hotel is 300m down the road.
