Lusia’s Lagoon Chalets offers a wide variety of accommodation options that is suited for all types of travelers coming to experience life on the island of Savai’i. From our Lagoon View Ensuites to the Garden Chalets we look forward to giving you an experience that you will never forget. Our most popular accommodation are the “over-the-water” Lagoon Chalets Ensuites which has easy access right into the lagoon from the deck looking out to the other Samoan islands. For those who want a more “Swiss Family Robinson” experience we have four Lagoon Chalets that sit high above the lagoon with just as stunning of a view.

Included in your accommodation is free breakfast at C.C.’s Restaurant & Bar of which you can choose from options such as Eggs & Toast, Pancakes, French Toast and of course Fresh Tropical Fruit. For the hungry guest we can add a few pieces of bacon or sausage for a few extra tala. Our Full Service Restaurant offers affordable and tasty meals which can be ordered throughout the daytime and evening. We serve fresh fish in many styles including Oka, a signature Samoan dish made with yellow-fin tuna, coconut cream, and diced cucumber and tomatoes. For an extra kick throw on a dash or two of Samoa’s Own Chili Sauce.

Don’t miss the chance to snorkel and kayak in our nearby lagoon. We also have a 40 person capacity pier with deck stretching over the lagoon, a perfect place to take in a meal or a few drinks while the sun goes down. And the best part is snorkel gear and kayak rentals are free! When the sun is too much take a dip in the shade in Pulusau Fresh Water Spring, play a free game of pool or kick back and read a book from our library.

Although we’d love to keep you all to ourselves the whole time you’re in Savai’i you would be missing out on all the spectacular sites and places to visit around the island. We can organize a tour depending on what you are interested in or if you want to go at your own pace either hire one of our rental cars or bicycles.

For the Business traveler we have a Conference room on site as well as WIFI Internet available for keeping in touch with friends back home. However, don’t work too hard and if you need some assistance in relieving some stress please inquire about our Spa packages. Our Samoan massage specialist will work the stresses right out of you!

We are located 1 km south of the Salelologa wharf, a 10 minute walk or a $3 tala taxi ride. Our location is a preferred choice for guests arriving or departing Salelologa.

Getting There
From Faleolo Airport:
- Take 10 minute taxi ride to Mulifanua wharf. (Just tell the driver you are going to Savaii.) ($15 tala)
- Take 1.5 hour ferry ride over to Savaii. ($12 tala per adult, $6 for children)
- From the Salelologa wharf turn left (immediately) onto the main road, and follow that road for 1km until you see our sign on the left. ($3 tala taxi)
