Waterfront property with own spacious thermal hot tub. Our guests remark on how quiet and peaceful it is. All linen, tea, coffee, bathroom supplies included.

Three bedroom, 2 storey house with large deck, barbecue and awesome water views. Includes new comfy sleepyhead beds, one queen (downstairs), two kings or four single beds (upstairs). **Please note the stairs to upstairs are quite tight and not suitable for children under 5**

Just 3 mins to restaurants/bars/shops, 12 mins to Tauranga city, 15 mins to Mount Maunganui - all in all a superior place for an enjoyable seaside holiday.

Beautiful view across park to water, launch kayaks or small boats from park, neighbouring park excellent for cricket or golf practice, etc. Quiet, peaceful retreat yet so close to Tauranga city and Mount Maunganui. Relax and unwind, swim, cook nightly barbecues and leave dishwasher to clean up.

Getting There
From Tauranga city take main Waihi/Auckland route approximately 12kms to Te Puna BP Service Station. From there take 2nd turn on right into Snodgrass Road. 4kms down this road is Lindoch Avenue. We are No.11. From Auckland go past Omokoroa turn-off and travel approximately 4kms and turn left into Snodgrass Road then above applies.
