Overview
The property was completely refurbished in 2010 and has two well appointed bedrooms with ensuite shower, Sky TV, fridge, safe, tea & coffee making facilities, 100% cotton sheets and towels and Manuka Honey body, hand wash, shampoo & conditioner.
The Lakes Bedroom has a super king double bed which can be converted into twin beds. The Earnslaw Bedroom has a queen double bed and a patio door leading onto a small outside seated area, which offers access into the bedroom without going through the main part of the house.
It's a quiet location, just 15 minutes walk from the centre of Queenstown (albeit up hill on the way back as the name suggests!) where there are an abundance of restaurants, cafes, bars, shops and the opportunity to discover the vast range of activities available in the area, both hair raising and soothing! The property has wonderful panoramic views of Lake Wakatipu and the mountains (both towards Glenorghy and Kingston) from the sitting room available for guests to use, the breakfast area, the balcony and the Lakes Bedroom.
Access is easy to enjoy the many and varied pursuits available in the area from ski and snowboarding in the winter to walking, cycling, wine trails, boating, fishing sightseeing, etc. the rest of the year.
There is off street parking and wireless internet at the property, available at no extra charge and both bedrooms have security locks on the doors.

Getting There
Coming from the airport, Alexandra/Cromwell or Invercargill (from Invercargill you will have come over the Kawarau Falls Bridge):
At the Roundabout in Frankton (easily identified because there is a BP Garage by it) take the 6A road signed Queenstown.
After approximately 6km you will pass a turning to Goldfield Heights on your right shortly followed by the Rees Hotel and Apartments on your left. After the Rees apartment take the second right turn into Hensman Road. Take the first left off Hensman Road into Panorama Terrace. Follow this road passing Wakatipu Heights on your right, Earnslaw Terrace is the next turning left and we are on the right hand corner as you turn in.
Coming from Glenorchy:
Drive through Queenstown take the Frankton / Alexandra / Invercargill signs, at the top of a short hill you will soon pass The Millennium Hotel on your left, take Suburb St which is the 3rd left after the hotel. Take the first right into Panorama Terrace and Earnslaw Terrace will be the first turn on your right, as you turn in we are the house on the corner on your right.
