Getting There
Surf ‘n’ Snow Backpackers is very easy to find because we are located in the heart of Auckland city centre, just a ‘stones throw’ away from the famous Sky Tower and close to the very best of everything that Auckland has to offer.

Your transport options from Auckland Airport to city
Airbus Express www.airbus.co.nz is Auckland's airport transfer service and leaves Auckland Airport and city every 15 minutes during the day and every 30 minutes at night.
City to airport and airport to city, transfers take approximately 40-50 minutes.
Tickets are available from the driver – reservations are not required. You can also conveniently purchase discounted tickets here at Surf ‘n’ Snow valid for any time.

Tell the bus driver you are going to Surf ‘N’ Snow Backpackers. You will be dropped off on Queen Street, the main street of Auckland. Walk along Queen Street until you see a junction with The National Bank on your left. Turn left onto Victoria Street (go uphill past the car park towards the Sky Tower which you can’t miss!). When you see the bungy ride, you will find our backpackers across the street on the corner of Victoria Street and Albert Street. We are the big blue building with an orange sign.

Parking Info
As we are located in the heart of Auckland City Centre we do not have our own car park for customers. However, there are a number of public car parks very close by. Some of these offer special deals for long stays. There is also plenty of street parking nearby where you can park for free on evenings and weekends. When you arrive at Surf ‘N’ Snow, our receptionists will be happy to direct you to nearby parking.
