In a stunning rural setting at the base of the Remarkables Mountains, with uninterrupted views of this magnificent mile-high mountain range, this delightful owner-managed country estate lodge has great character and charm.
The lodge's mature grounds boast a variety of fruit trees, providing ingredients for preserves, as well as shady seating areas to relax and enjoy the view. The gardens are overlooked by a spa area incorporating sauna and hydrotherapy spa, opening onto a swimming pool and tennis court and, for the cooler evenings, an outside fireplace.
A warm welcome, impeccable service and a relaxing environment convey the essence of the lodge, endowed with a spacious lounge and a bar and snooker room.
The resident chef crafts delectable cuisine using locally sourced fresh produce, served with world famous local wines.

Getting There
From Queenstown or Cromwell/Wanaka:
At Frankton roundabout turn on to State Highway 6 signposted to Invercargill.
Pass the airport and cross the one-way bridge. The road meanders 2.5 km to the Remarkables Ski Resort entrance.
The Lodge is 3.4 km past the Ski Resort Entrance, on the left hidden from view by trees.
From the South on State Highway 6:
After the road moves away from the lake, the Lodge is on the right on the outside of a left hand bend.
By plane:
Leaving the airport you reach a T intersection which is State Highway 6. Turn left, and follow the directions above.
