Overview
We have 3 fully furnished rooms & a Caravan available, all have their own bathrooms.
Room 1 & 2 share a kitchen.
Room 3 has its on own kitchen, this room is upstairs, the stairway separates the bed and lounge chair on one side of the room, the rest is on the other side.
Room 2 has a Queen bed and a single bunk for those extra people, there is also a sliding door to go outside onto the decking.
Room 1 is smallest of the rooms, but still fits everything in it, this is the only room that has a bath/shower in the bathroom.
Roadrunner Caravan has its own small bathroom and kitchen, a double bed and the lounge seating can change into a bed as well for extra people staying.
Each Rom has its own phone line (not the Caravan at the moment), to make local calls only. Cable TV (selective channels). Internet access by Wi-fi
Approximately 15 minutes walk to the beach and shops, also 15 minutes drive in the car to city centre.

Getting There
BY CAR: From centre of City, Gloucester Street, right turn into Woodham Street. At round-about left into Kerrs/Wainoni road, to New Brighton road turn right onto New Brighton road, Second Street on left is Palmers road.

If you are coming from the Air-port go down Memorial Ave, turn left into Grahams Road which leads/goes into Greers Road then Northcote Road then Queen Elizabeth 2 Drive which also leads into Travis Road. Turn right into Bower Ave, then 1st left is Palmers Road, go down this road and we are on the right hand side.

Bus: Catch Number 40 Wainoni New Brighton, once on New Brighton Road get off, the next street on the left is Palmers road, about 3 minutes walk on the left is the place.
