Lakeside Room
The Lakeside Room features shared garage and laundry facilities and outdoor access to the jetty with limited lake and fairway views.

Lakefront Suite
Designed in the style of a boathouse, these one bedroom, two storey suites have decks literally built over the water. Separate bath with a relaxing view over the lake to the 9th green, and two types of showers, a luxurious "soaker" reminiscent of being in a downpour and a massaging shower with hand-held option.

Lakeview Suite
Each upstairs suite features cathedral ceilings and balcony. Each downstairs suite has a private front and rear courtyard. Every suite includes one allocated carport and serene lake and golf course views.

Terrace Apartment
Catering for up to four people, the Terrace Apartment provides stunning indoor and outdoor entertaining areas. Bedding consists of two king beds or king & two single beds. Equipped with CD player, cable television, full kitchen including dishwasher, fireplace and stunning views over the lake and golf course.

Lakeside Villa
The Lakeside Villa consists of interconnecting Lakefront Suite and Lakeside Room. The comfortable 2 bedroom Lakeside Villas provide two king beds or king & two single beds, CD player, cable television, kitchen & laundry facilities and beautiful views over the lake from your balcony.

Quay Villa
The Quay Villa consists of three interconnecting rooms - Lakefront Suite and two Lakeside Rooms, making a three bedroom Quay Villa. Quay Villas have three king beds, two of which can be split into twin beds, CD player, cable television, full kitchen & laundry facilities. Enjoy views over the lake and the golf course from the balcony.

Getting There
* 7 minutes from the airport and 15 minutes from the city of Christchurch.
Off Johns Road, which is the bypass route for the airport, between Main North Road and Main South Road.
* From the Airport to Peppers Clearwater Resort
* Leave the airport and turn left at the first roundabout onto Russley Road and head straight along it.
* Go straight through the next three roundabouts and stay on Russley Road
* Stay on Russley Road until it becomes Johns Road. You will see signs from Johns Road to turn into Clearwater Resort.
* Travelling time to the hotel from the airport is about 7 minutes.
* From North to Peppers Clearwater Resort
* When you come into the suburb of Belfast you will be on State Highway 1.
* Route 1 will turn off at Johns Rd so you need to get into the right hand lane to follow the SH1. Peppers Clearwater Resort is about three minutes drive from this turnoff on your right hand side.
* Travelling time from Belfast is about 4 minutes.
* From the South to Peppers Clearwater Resort
* Travelling along Main South Rd (Route No 1) you will reach the suburb of Hornby, which is on the outskirts of Christchurch.
* Turn left into Carmen Road to follow Route No 1. Follow Carmen Road until it becomes Russley Road. Drive past the airport and continue along Russley Road until it becomes Johns Road. Clearwater Resort is found on the left hand side of the road.

Travelling time from Hornby is about 20 minutes.

All accommodation has its own parking space, whether it is a remote controlled garage or covered carport where you can securely park your vehicle.
