*No Excessive Noise Policy
Our "No Excessive Noise" policy, any Person(s) found to be creating excessive noise after 11 pm, will be warned that eviction may take place, and if not heeded will be evicted without refund, this is at the sole discretion of the Manager.

*Bond
A Bond may be required and is at the sole discretion of Management

*Under Age Policy
You must be 25 years of Age or Older to Book an Apartment at Marine Reserved Apartments. Persons under the age of 25 must be accompanied by an Adult at all Times.

Getting There
Driving from Auckland will take approximately 2 hours, Hamilton & Tauranga 1 & 1/2 hours.

From the north:
Go through the shopping centre, til you come to a Shell service station, turn left here, this is Ocean Rd, go down Ocean Rd about 2 kms, and you will see our large apartment block on the corner of Lowe St & Ocean Rd. The entrance is in Lowe St.

From the south:
Turn right at the Shell service station roundabout into Ocean Rd.
