LUXURY SERVICED APARTMENT ACCOMMODATION IN AUCKLAND'S VIADUCT HARBOUR


Latitude 37 Accommodation Ltd is an award-winning luxury serviced apartment complex conveniently located in the Viaduct Harbour, Auckland City. Sitting right next to the sea, Latitude 37 Accommodation Ltd is close to restaurants, cafes, bars, shops, public transport, and ferries.

All apartments have a washing machine, dryer, fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher, oven (please note studio apartments will have either a wall oven or a portable convector oven), hobs, extractor, waste disposal, fridge/freezer, microwave) and include one secure car park per apartment. All apartments have a balcony.

Guests are required to call or email Latitude 37 with credit card details at least 48 hours prior to arrival.

Late Check Out Fee: All late check outs not arranged with Latitude 37 Accommodation Ltd prior to the day of departure will incur an additional charge. Our check out time is strictly by 10am otherwise.

Early Check Ins: The sales office will offer you to book the room the night before if it is available, if not check ins are strictly after 2pm.

Other: roll away bed: $80 per night, cot: $60 per week, high-chair: $60 per week, extra carpark: $80 per week (limited supply). All toll calls or internet charges accrued will be charged to your credit card.

Damages to property: loss or damage of: carpark remote ($130), security tag ($60), key or keys ($100) replacement cost PER SET plus GST. This will be charged to your credit card. You will also be liable to pay for any damage/s caused to the apartment or complex by yourself or your guest/s.


Latitude 37 has a STRICT NO PARTY policy for all apartments, our onsite Building Manager will follow Body Corporate rules and Terms and Conditions relating to Latitude 37 Accommodation Ltd, and may order Guests to leave premises immediately if required.

Please also note different countries have different broadband speeds, you may find that New Zealand's speed is not the same as Italy or USA for example. This is dependent on the countries infrastructure.

Getting There
Shuttle/Airbus: Super Shuttle offer a door to door service. You can also jump on the Airbus - leaving from the Ferry Building Terminal. Too easy!

Driving: From the airport head north on the southern motorway and take the Nelson Street exit. Head to the bottom of the hill towards the water and go straight ahead through the lights (Market Place). Take the first left into Pakenham St East and we are the next block along on the Corner of Pakenham St East & Customs St West.
