Overview
Lesley and Chris offer you a warm welcome to Larch Hill in beautiful Queenstown. Larch Hill B&B/Homestay, purpose built on an elevated site overlooking the blue waters of Lake Wakatipu, is surrounded by spectacular mountains which are snow-capped in winter.
All rooms and sundeck have lake and mountain views. This home provides a feeling of relaxation flowing through the bedrooms into the dining room with its library, opening onto a sunny courtyard surrounded by cottage gardens. On arrival you are welcomed with refreshments. In winter a roaring log fire awaits your return from a day's skiing or sightseeing.
We have four rooms available, each with its own ensuite or private bathroom. Our self-contained apartment is ideal for families or for groups of four.
This comfortable and relaxing homestay is just 3 minutes' drive from the centre of town and within walking distance of the lake. Public transport passes our street.
Breakfast is generous with homemade bread, freshly baked croissants and pastries, fresh fruit salad, yoghurt and freshly ground, percolated coffee.
We are accredited booking agents and offer a complimentary tour booking service.
We have no pets and are non-smokers, but guests are welcome to smoke outdoors.

Getting There
From Frankton drive 2.5kms on SH6A towards Queenstown. At "Sherwood Manor" (in front of which you will see four old horse wagons), turn right into Goldfield Heights. Panners Way is 2nd left. Larch Hill B&B is No. 16 at the end of the accessway - halfway down Panners Way on the left.
Alternatively, guests in the apartment or the twin room can also access our B&B from the end of Larch Hill Place (up the last driveway on the right).
