Getting There
FREE EXCLUSIVE AIRPORT SHUTTLE TRANSFER SERVICE - CALL 0800 538 466 or dial 18 from any of the free-phones in the Arrivals halls when you are ready for collection.
You will connect directly to the shuttle driver who will be able to direct you where to wait for him and he will tell you how long he is likely to be.
We are able to send you further detailed instructions on request, please get in touch.
Please note that buses and shuttles can only drop off or pick up and are not allowed to wait at Auckland Airport.
The shuttles are available 24/7, normally at 30 minute intervals or on a demand based schedule during quieter hours.
The shuttle completes a round trip to both domestic and international terminals on each run.
Please DO NOT board the bright yellow commuter bus some other hotels use, we prefer to welcome our guests at the airport ourselves.

LOCAL TRANSPORT: Taxis are also available at the terminals and cost approximately NZ$35.00 one way (includes a surcharge)

DRIVING DIRECTIONS: From the Airport take George Bolt Memorial Drive to the second set of lights. Turn right into Kirkbride Road then right into Westney Road.

We provide complimentary car storage for 14 days for those guests who stay with us for 1 night or more either pre or post-stay. Our car park is secured by a fence and security gate, as well as having perimeter security and surveillance. Should guests require extra day's car storage, this can be arranged for a minimal additional cost of $5.00 per day.

This service is especially for those guests who need to drive to Auckland Airport from afar, and then have to leave their vehicles in costly daily parking facilities. Staying with us will take the stress out of looking for a suitable car park and having to catch a rushed transfer.
