The range of exclusive, luxurious and spacious villas has sweeping panoramas of lake and mountain views. Balconies, terraces and huge windows make the very most of the inspiring surroundings and stunning décor exudes comfort and style.

Guests can expect innovative alpine style and uncompromising quality, with optional extras available such as private chefs, daily servicing, pre arrival pantry stocking, airport transfers and more. Décor is elegant and welcoming. The villas have been carefully designed to provide the comfort of a private home, with all the services and luxuries you’d expect from an exclusive lodge, delivered with distinctive New Zealand style.

The villas available include one, two and three bedrooms each with their own beautifully appointed ensuite and every master has a spa. The villas all have large open plan living, kitchen and dining areas. For comfort there are gas fires, underfloor heating and double glazing throughout. Some villas feature personal lift access.

Business Facilities
Each villa boasts a dedicated land line and broadband wireless internet. Guest services staff are on site every weekday for assistance and guests are welcome to use the receptions office fax machine.

Getting There
Commonage Villas is located on 15 Kerry Drive, on Queenstown Hill and is an easy and scenic 15 minute drive from Queenstown Airport in nearby Frankton.

Pre arranged airport transfers start from $102.00 each way. You can be confident in the knowledge that an experienced and discreet driver will track the progress of your flight. The limousine company has modern stylish vehicles and preferential private parking close to the airport lobby. Includes greeting at arrivals hall. Please advise by contacting us on our telephone number, which is located on your booking confirmation, if you require transfers.

Taxis from the airport are approximately $45 one way.

4. At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto Lucas Pl 190m

7. Turn right onto Hensman Rd 450m

Each villa has a car space available for one or two cars internally accessed from a carpeted garage. We also offer parking for visitors.
