Overview
Enjoy the tranquility of a stay at Clifton B & B, situated on a quiet street, overlooking the Waikato River, in Central Hamilton. Clifton B & B has 4 bedrooms available for guests with private bathroom/en suite facilities. Our lower level has a self contained kitchen, very suitable for families up to 6 persons. This area opens out onto a private garden complete with outdoor dining facilities. Main level contains double and twin single bedrooms with own bathroom/ensuite facilities - this area is also wheelchair friendly. Continental breakfast is provided inclusive with room rate. A cooked breakfast is available at additional charge.
Restaurants, bars, shopping, rugby & cricket stadiums, V8 race circuit, Claudelands Events Centre are all within 4 to 15 minutes walk - you don't need to use your car for city attractions. Off street parking is available for up to 3 vehicles.
Hamilton is centrally located, handy to a wide range of attractions ranging from sporting activities, beaches, snow fields, ecological reserves, limestone caves, geothermal areas, wide range of cosmopolitan restaurants and laid back people.
Carol and Murray (your hosts) are widely traveled and will help to make your stay as enjoyable as possible, providing information on items of interest plus recommendations on highlights throughout NZ.

Clifton B & B provides high speed internet facilities at no charge. We have scanner, copying and fax facilities available if required.
Getting There
Clifton B & B is situated approximately halfway down Clifton Road, down a right-of-way, adjacent to the Waikato River in Central Hamilton. Access is either by Rostrevor or Liverpool Streets, off Victoria Street (main street in Hamilton CBD). A free shuttle bus operates around the CBD Monday to Saturday. This can be used to transfer from main transport terminal to the Liverpool Street drop off point. A shuttle service is available from the airport and taxi services from the rail station. If there is a problem we are happy to pick up guests, from transport points, by arrangement.
