Accommodation and Facilities. We have 12 spacious ground floor units. Studios, 1 b/rooms and 2 b/room units. All rooms are sparkling clean, warm and are fully self contained with kitchens. You can park at your door. We offer cooked or continental b/fasts delivered to your room, also a morning paper. We are ideally situated as a base for making day trips to the unique Marlborough Sound waterways, the arts, crafts and beaches of Nelson, Lake Rotoiti, Rainbow Skifield, the seafood and wildlife of Kaikoura.Picton which is a lovely seaside town and has the Inter-Island ferry terminal is 30 min away. We are also just minutes away from the world famous Marlborough wineries. We are happy to help with all your holiday enquiries and bookings. We are close to all amenities- The sports stadium, Olympic sized swimming pool [indoors] Hospital, Sports ground, Golf courses, and our new Marlborough combined club rooms which also houses our new conference centre. You can walk to a choice of cafes and restaurants in minutes. We are self rated as a good 4 star motel, which friends recommend to friends. We pride ourselves on our hospitality and do have a lot of guests returning.

Centre Court motel is ideal for the corporates, we are close to the town centre and most businesses. You may charge back meals from a choice of restaurants and we offer cooked and continental breakfasts. There is a guest laundry, irons and ironing board in your room. We have fax facilities and free wireless broadband.
Getting There
From the town centre, Main St changes to Maxwell Rd, without changing direction. You will find us 3 blocks south of the main street. Anyone arriving at the airport or bus terminal can ask directions from the staff.
