Affordable refurbished accommodation in a large park-like environment adjacent to State Highway 1 and only a few minutes flat walk from the centre of Whangarei City. Getting There
Situated on State Highway one.
It is advisable to use our alternative entrance at 9 Kauika Road. When arriving from the south turn right at Maunu Road off SH 1 then take the first left into Kauika Road - Casa Blanca Motel is on the left between 1st & 2nd avenues. When arriving from the north turn left Central Ave, right at Third Ave and left into Kauika Road.

DUE TO PROPOSED ROAD MAJOR ROADWORKS AT SH1 & SH14 IT WOULD BE SAFER TO USE OUR ALTERNATIVE EXIT AT 9 KAUIKA ROAD.
