The Boutique Motel is centrally situated in the Nelson suburb of Stoke. We are within easy walking distance of restaurants & cafes (Motel guests receive a complimentary drink with their meal), supermarkets, The Turf Hotel, The Honest Lawyer & our local shopping centre.
All our Units have kitchenettes, en suites,free broadband & wireless access, LCD TV's (6 Sky incl. CNN ),Free view TV,DVD / CD players (along with a free DVD library )and electric blankets for our cooler months. A short walk away you will find beautiful Isel Park & Broadgreen House with its fabulous rose gardens.
We are adjacent to Greenmeadows Sports Ground, close to the Saxton Fields Sporting Complex for the sports minded and the World of Wearable Art Museum for those interested in fashion &/or Classical cars.
The Motel is enroute to the Abel Tasman Park thus enabling the buses travelling to the Park access for guest pickup. For guests without transport the Nelson Suburban Bus Service runs directly in front of the property.
If you are into cycling we now have 2 cycles along with fluro vests and helmets that guests are welcome to borrow whilst staying with us.

From Nelson Airport - we are a 5 minute drive away by taxi approximately $12.00 Complimentary airport pickup may be available, please enquire.
When coming from Richmond, turn off the motorway at the roundabout which highlights Stoke. Drive along Main Road Stoke until you are at the 1st set of lights, turn right then a sharp right turn again. When coming from the direction of the City drive onto Main Road Stoke to the 2nd set of lights and turn left. Take the 1st right turn. You will find the Boutique Motel on the left .

There is ample on site secure parking with an additional large parking reserve outside the main entrance. CCTV cameras on site.
