Our modern complex, comprises 23 self contained units. We have two and three bedroom aprtments which are suitable for families and larger groups. Also, well equipped standard studios with kitchenettes and compact studios. Our accommodation is serviced daily.
We have a range of great accommodation to suit all requirements.
We are located within an easy 15 minute walk of the Central City, Convention Centre, Town Hall,Cultural Precinct, Casino and some great Restaurants and Bars.
We are also located within 5 minute walk of Southern Cross Hospital.
The Bella Vista offers a full breakfast service with a choice of either cooked or continental available.

Getting There
The Bella Vista is located 193 Bealey Avenue, between Colombo Street and Manchester Street.
We are located on one of the four avenues and easily found from any of the arterial routes into the City.
Approaching Christcurch from the North (State Highway One) take the turnoff to City Centre. Follow Cranford Street, then Sherbourne Street to Bealey Avenue. Turn Left into Bealey Avenue. The Bella Vista is 50 metres on your left.
From South (State Highway One)at the roundabout turn left onto Blenheim Road and travel for approx 4 kilometres to an overbridge, which leads to Moorehouse Avenue. Travel along Moorehouse Ave and turn left into Montreal Street (One Way Street) until you reach the end of Montreal. Bealey Ave intersects. Turn right and you will find the Bella Vista approx 1 km on the left.

We offer well lit secure off street parking. All apartments have their own secure garaging with internal access.
