Beetham Park Motel has 14 units, all on the groundfloor, facing north with parking outside your unit.
Located close to the CBD, Waikato stadium, Waterworld, River walk, racecourse, and restaurants nearby.
We pride ourselves on our cleanliness - these are mostly studio type units with either california king beds or queen and wide singles. Ideal for up to four people, but five at a squeeze. As well we have a two-bedroomed apartment, which has a full kitchen, spacious lounge, comfortable furnishings.
All units are fitted with airconditioning which covers both the heat and the cooling. All have 42 inch tvs - we have over 50 sky digital channels. All units have self contained kitchens. There is also unlimited free WI Fi or broadband.
There is a free of charge guest laundry containing washing machine and drier.
We are situated next to Beetham Park. The park contains a golf driving range.
You can also order either a continental or full cooked breakfast.
We are flexible with check in or check out times -so if you want to come earlier or leave later, please let us know and we will do our utmost to accommodate.

Coming from south, there is a Pak N Save supermarket on the corner of Ulster and Mill Street, about 300 yards past there on the left hand side of the road.
