Enjoy bush walks, stroll along the beach, or just a 10 minutes drive away you will discover West Coasts famous Punakaiki Rocks and Cavern.
For the more adventurous there is a range of activities to explore; from kayaking, rafting, caving, surfing, jet boating/skiing, glacier walks, scenic flights, fishing, horse treks, four-wheel biking and much more. We are just 25 minutes from the Tranz Alpine Express.

Getting There
Turning north at Greymouth onto state highway 6 (the coast road) Beach hideaway is a stunning 20-25 mins by car, After Golden Sands Road, BEFORE Barrytown. Turning left onto Glen road the Beach hideaway Villas are well signposted and easy to find. Taxi and buses are also available and these will typically cost between $50-100 NZD.
If coming from Punakaiki there is a blue chalet sign opposite Glen Road. (8-10 min by car)
