Nestled amongst native trees on the golden sands of Sullivans Beach just around the corner from Paihia centre, a secluded and luxurious Beach House awaits you with three private and very intimate apartments.

Relax and unwind amidst this tranquil setting with absolute beach frontage and idyllic unspoiled views of the Bay of Islands. Lounge around on quiet sun drenched patios or head down to the beach for a paddle or a swim. Dinghy and kayaks available for your use.

Sullivans Beach is one of the few beaches in the Paihia region with no road traffic noise - your stay will be both peaceful and undisturbed. The township of Paihia, however, is only a short beach stroll away and offers numerous pastimes and dining experiences.

If you are looking to enjoy an inexpensive, yet indulgent weekend retreat, have an intimate wedding arranged on the beach, a romantic honeymoon or a week's holiday away from the crowds, you have found the perfect place.

THE PENTHOUSE.

This is a romantic and elegant apartment with a luxuriously appointed ensuite complete with a spa bath for two and a sauna. Your balcony overlooks truly idyllic island views of the Bay of Islands. Fully self contained with kitchenette, modern amenities and outside barbeque, your apartment will allow you the complete freedom to tend your own needs. Wireless broadband internet access, a 42" television, music system and DVD player cater for lazy interludes. The Penthouse Apartment accommodates 2 people in style and luxury. An extra child's (under 10 yrs old) bed can be supplied for $35 per day.

THE BEACHVIEW APARTMENT.

This fabulous and largest of our apartments, with 2.80 cm ceiling heights, Rimu floors, with large Persian rugs in an open plan living is like a home on the water,(without the rocking). Complete with wireless internet 47" tv, d.v.d, sound system for those lazy day's.

The lounge with open fire place, 6 seating dining area, kitchen with 4 burner gas stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and the Queen bedroom, are all overlooking the Islands and the beaches of the Bay.

The spacious outside tiled deck area, has a big 6 burner BBQ and outside seating for 6 people around a big glass table with awning to cover for sun and rain, meals can be served from the kitchen through the window area.

A short beach stroll (which is a public walking track) towards town will bring you to our busy township, with shops, weekly markets wharf, restaurants and bars.

The Beach view apartment will accommodate 2 couples in luxury, a 5th single bed can be supplied.

THE BEACH APARTMENT.

This spacious and tastefully appointed two bedroom apartment provides everything you need to make your stay a pleasurable and relaxing one. Fully equipped kitchen for easy meal preparation, modern amenities, outdoor BBQ area, and a wide sun-catching patio with extensive views of the Bay of Islands are just some of the desirable features on offer. Wireless broadband internet access, a television and DVD player cater for lazy interludes. The Beach Apartment will accommodate 4 people in comfort and convenience. If required, an extra bed can be supplied for $35 per person per day.

The golden sandy beachfront of Sullivans Beach is the ideal spot to enjoy a tranquil brunch amidst the native birdsong and gently lapping waters or to take a relaxing swim in the calm blue sea.

A short beach stroll to the township of Paihia opens up a host of activities and dining options - 32 restaurants and cafes, gift shops, and Bay of Islands tours.

THE BEACH TOWNHOUSE is not on Sullivans beach.

But,conveniently located in the Paihia township, offers fully self contained accommodation for up to 8 people. The beach and central Paihia are only a few minutes walk away. The first floor comprises a large comfortable lounge area, dining room, a spacious and well appointed kitchen, and the first bathroom with bath, shower and vanity room. The lounge opens out to an extensive balcony with wide sweeping views of the Bay of Islands and the township of Paihia. The kitchen overlooks a tropical, terraced back garden with native New Zealand punga (ferns) as a key feature. The second floor contains the master bedroom (queen size) with a private balcony overlooking the Bay, a large second bedroom with a balcony overlooking the back garden, and the second bathroom. The third floor is available as an option. It consists of two seperate bedrooms - each room containing two single beds with large window views into the Bay or the rear garden. The Beach Townhouse forms an ideal base for your Bay of Islands holiday. Expansive, comfortable and relaxing, it will accomodate from 4 to 8 people easily. With one side of the House overseeing the Bay and the other side with a private native garden, you can enjoy the best of both worlds.

Getting There
From Auckland 3.5 hours drive, or 40 minutes flight to Kerikeri airport.

State highway 1 will bring you via Whangarei to Kawakawa and Paihia. We are on Sullivansbeach before you enter the centre of Paihia. Please ring Theo on 0274 99 40 41 if you can't find us.
