Atrium on Ulster is located on 281 - 285 Ulster Street. We are one of Hamilton's newest superiorly furnished motels,Qualmark rated 4 star plus. Only 400 metres from Waikato Stadium!
28 units consisting of 14 x Studios, 8 x One Bedroom Units and 6 x 2 Bedroom units. SMOKE FREE. Ground floor units have individual courtyards and upstairs units have balconies. We also offer 2 units with disability access and facilities. There is a well equipped gymnasium & Conference room.

FROM NORTH: Follow SH1, then continue straight ahead onto Te Rapa Road and then straight ahead onto Ulster St. Atrium on Ulster is on the right just past PROGOLF Driving Range.

FROM SOUTH: Follow SH 1 or 3 into the city. Ulster Street is north of Victoria Steet. Atrium on Ulster is on the left just past Richmond Street.

FROM AIRPORT: same route as from South.

TRANSPORT CENTRE: go north on Anglesea Street past Waikato Stadium into Richmond Street and left into Ulster Street
