Overview
Set on four scenic acres,with uninterrupted mountain views, our accommodation offers you something unique and special. We offer self contained or bed and breakfast options. Once our guests settle in they often wish they had booked a longer stay as there is so many things to do in Wanaka. We are close enough to Wanaka to walk into town, but far enough away from the noise to enjoy a peaceful and relaxing stay.

Sit in the garden furniture while feeling the grass beneath your feet while taking in the view or relax on your own private deck or patio.

The cottage and studio rooms, all with en-suite or private bathrooms, range from one to five bedrooms, accommodating up to 12 guests in total. All beds have electric blankets in winter, bedrooms have individual heating and in the bathrooms, there are heaters, hairdryers, towels and guest toiletries to add to your comfort. The private kitchenettes contain a fridge, microwave, kettle & toaster, complimentary tea, coffee, sugar, milk, crockery and cutlery, with the cottage also having a bench top oven.

Complimentary facilities include your own barbecue, outdoor fireplace, garden furniture, spa pool, hi-speed wireless internet, broadband internet and drying room for sports or walking equipment.

We also have mountain bikes and a set of golf clubs for hire,offer a laundry service and secure storage for motorbikes, boats and hunting equipment.

If you are arriving in Wanaka without transport we will come and collect you.

Getting There
For a scenic drive travelling from the Queenstown direction, take the SH89 signposted Cardrona/Wanaka and continue for about 30 minutes (add time for photos). As you approach Wanaka, take the first left into Studholme Road South, and we are the second driveway on the left.

Travelling from Haast, Franz Joseph, Mount Cook, Dunedin, Cromwell or Queenstown (via the vineyards), follow the SH6 then SH84 into Wanaka, and drive along the lake. Take a left turn signposted Cardrona/Queenstown (McDougall Street) and follow the road for approx 2km. Take a right turn into Studholme Road South and we are the second driveway on the left.

If you are arriving without transport, please let us know in advance and we will pick you up.

Parking Info
All accommodation has its own carport or private off-street parking space, and there is more than enough room on site for additional cars or boats. Secure locked storage is available for bicycles, motorbikes etc if required.
