Run personally by resident proprietors Robert and Rhian Sluggett, Alpine Springs Motel is a unique, peaceful, private complex. Set in an acre of mature landscaped gardens next to Hanmer golf course, with alpine views in every direction. The delightful motel has 10 single story ground-floor self-contained studios and family rooms located at the quiet end of Hanmer Springs in a traffic-free environment. No noise from pubs, thermal pools and other activities yet only a short walk into the village where you will find all the ammenities and attractions.
A welcome basket on arrival including milk, tea, coffee, hot chocolate, orange drink and biscuits awaits you and all our units are smoke free.
Most of our units offer beautifully fitted bathrooms with double spa baths, top quality fitted kitchens with all new equipment including filtered drinking water, 14 Sky channels plus 3 New Zealand channels, (some units have LCD TV's in all bedrooms), DVD players, complimentary onsite DVD library (500 plus titles), DDI telephones, wireless internet, air-conditioning by heat pump means warm in the winter and cool in the summer, private terrace with outside dining facilities plus individual parking.
2 minutes drive or just a ten minute walk from the Hanmer Springs village centre with the famous thermal reserve and hot pools, an abundance of cafe bars and restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets. There are shops of all kinds with an enormous choice for all ages.
Cots and highchairs are available at an additional charge but are not available for units 3, 4, 5 or 9.

Getting There
We are located just before the main village, adjacent to the Hanmer Springs golf club. Past the Caltex garage, turn left off the main road onto Argelins Road and follow yellow sign to golf course. We are on the left hand side before the club house.
Parking Info
Individual safe car parking for all units with an additional visitor car park located at the front of our property accommodating 14 cars. This car park may also be used for trailer, boat or caravan parking. It is on site, private and safe.
