Transfers from the airport on your arrival - If you are going to need a transfer from the Airport on your arrival you do not need to pre-book it with us, but we do need you to tell us your flight number and arrival time so we know to expect you. Phone us in advance on the number in your confirmation email. PLEASE NOTE - The Airport Authority does not allow us to park and wait for you, so you will need to call us from the freephone to let us know you are ready to be picked up. We will tell you where to wait and will be there to collect you within a few minutes. Please be ready and waiting for us.

There are freephones at the Accommodation Board in International Arrivals area (near the Tourist Information Desk) and in the baggage collection area in the Domestic Terminal. Dial 26 to call us direct.

Transfers to the Airport on your Departure - Please make your departing transfer arrangements with us when you check-in.
