The foremost Japanese restaurant in the nation and boasting international renown, Kyoto's Arashiyama Kitcho stands at the top of the restaurant business. Now, inside the hotel, we proudly bring you space in which a beautiful re-creation of the tradition lives on. Toji Sanka,rebuilt from a section of an old private home from Hidatakayama relocated to the present location within the hotel,marries Japanese tradition and modernism to provide an amusing discovery for our adult guests.

Seasonal delicacies prepared by the accomplished chef draw out the promising flavors of the sake and shouchu as you spend a mellow evening by the window overlooking the nighttime beauty of Lake Toya.

*Michel Bras TOYA Japon(French Cuisine)
A tree star restaurant recognized by the Michelin Red Guide as the highest authority in French cuisine.

Delight your taste buds with the French specialty 'gargouille', a prime example of how Michel Bras cuisines draw out the natural goodness of the ingredients. Capture the moment that the molten cream filling flows out of the coulant. Chefs with training under Michel Bras himself transform Hokkaido's vegetables, seafood, and meat into dishes matching the style of the originals served in France. A new era of casual hotel dining with French cuisine found on our standard menu.

The Gilligan's Island kitchen accommodates French and Italian cooking so that we may offer guests more variety. Pittore located in Echigo Yuzawa is a popular pizzeria rumored to have been secretly frequented by Italian chefs. Our restaurant located on the Toyako lakeside is the second Pittore restaurant. Aside from pizzas including the simple Margherita and the four cheese Quattro Fromage, we have a menu complete with brick oven baked spare ribs, and pastas and salads. We also have space to crowd around the fireplace with your two or three generation family.

Have a most refreshing time at Windsor's Sukiya style hot spring with plenty of Japanese charm.

In the bathing area, we have a Japanese cypress bath and a stone bath. We open the cypress bath to men and the stone bath to women on one day, and switch daily. The open-air bath is available on the cypress bath side, but saunas are provided in both bathing areas.

The Crystal Blue Club's aquatic facility adjacent to Bloom Spa includes a 25-meter indoor swimming pool, Jacuzzi, tanning salon, and workout gym. Sunlight from the glass ceiling fills the pool area with warm, natural light.

This is an over clothing massage that may be done without removing your bathrobe or yukata.

We offer a free shuttle bus service to and from the JR Toya station. The shuttle bus runs on time with the JR Special Limited Express arrival times to ensure a smooth transfer.

* The shuttle bus may be delayed due to traffic and weather conditions.

We offer the Airport Limousine Bus for a more convenient way to arrive at The Windsor Hotel TOYA from New Chitose Airport.
