The Airport Limousine from Shin-Chitose Airport to the hotel takes approximately 70 minutes.

Alternatively, take the JR Rapid Airport Express Train to JR Sapporo Station then take the subway or a taxi to the hotel from the station's East Concourse South Exit.

If taking the subway, take exit 3 of Hosui Susukino Station. A taxi from Sapporo Station to the hotel takes about six minutes and costs approximately JPY 1000.
