Overview
Our company offers apartments for short and long stay, even for a single night, we offer Studios or 1 bedroom apartments.
The studios are spacious and can accommodate from 1 to 5 people, are equipped with kitchenette, oven, microwave, toaster, cookware and utensils to dine at home.
The bathroom has a shower, toilet and bidet, with digital TV, clock radio, heating and air conditioning is centralized with all the condominium, but each apartment has its own thermostat to control temperature.

The 1 bedroom apartments have 1 separate bedroom, a spacious living room with sleeping area and a spacious kitchen equipped with every comfort.
They can accommodate from 1 to 6 people, bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet, TV with digital decoder, clock radio, heating and air conditioning are individual and can be managed individually via remote control.

All apartments are equipped with bed and bath linens, one time weekly linen change is included in apartment rate, no linen changing for stays from 1 to 4 nights, surcharge is request for daily cleaning if desired.
The bathrooms are equipped with liquid soap dispenser and a dispenser for liquid dish soap cleaner kitchens.
For food safety reasons, the kitchens are not equipped with food, including salt, sugar etc, any food left on your departure will be thrown in the trash.

Mandatory extra fee to pay at arrival in addition of the booking amount paid at Wotif Group:
City tax Eur 1,00 per person per night for a maximum of 7 consecutive nights only, applied to adults and children from 12yold towards.

Getting There
From Santa Maria Novella Station:
Take the exit on your right, go down the stairs and turn right, carry on until the end of Via Luigi Alamanni, at the traffic light of Viale Fratelli Rosselli cross the Avenue and turn left for 50 meters.

By car
From the south take the A1 motorway and exit at Firenze Sud and follow the signs to Florence center. Once at the traffic light at the end of Lungarno del Tempio, turn right. Continue towards Piazza Beccaria, then along Viale Matteotti and Viale Antonio Gramsci, up to Liberty Square. Take Lavagnini Avenue and then follow the ring road to bypass avenues that goes around the Fortezza da Basso.
After the tunnel going under the railway turn left into Via Guido Monaco. Immediately before the traffic lights turn right and after 50 meters you have arrived.

From the north take the A1 motorway and exit at Firenze Nord. Follow the signs to Florence center. Once you reach the end of Viale Francesco Redi, turn right and then left into via Guido Monaco. Immediately before the traffic lights turn right and after 50 meters you have arrived.
