Overview
Tourism at the Casalta di Sotto agricultural concern is in a typical Tuscan homestead, adjacent to the principle residence. Everything has been renovated with refinement and is furnished with taste and simplicity.
It has large common spaces both inside and outside and a swimming pool with a relaxing view of the surroundings.
It’s located on the hills in Chianti Florentina, near important cities of artistic note and offers remarkable artistic and scenic trips, as well as the possibility for sporting activities close by (horse riding, tennis, fishing, mountain biking, walks).
Products sold by the farm: oil, wine, jam.
Wine tours to nearby winehouse can be organized on request.
The three rooms of the farm-house are on the first level of the building, each is furnished differently, but in a comfortable and restrained manner and have a private bathroom with shower. From the rooms you go into a common wide sitting-room, TV and a small reading room in the dovecote. In front of the entrance door there is a lovely terrace.

Getting There
BY CAR:
Driving on the A1 motorway, exit at Firenze Certosa, from here immediately go on to the Siena-Firenze (SI-FI) highway and at the first exit go towards San Casciano Val di Pesa. Once you arrive at this town, follow the directions for Certaldo-San Pancrazio and after driving on the province road 93, for about 5 km, on the right, you will find direction for the Casata restaurant and of our farm-house Casalta di Sotto. The farm-house is 80 m. after the restaurant.
