It is a contemporary villa resort designed to take the tropical vacation experience to the next level.

Villa unit is spaciously designed at 350m2 (Premiere Villa) and 400m2 (Imperial Villa) with a luxury detailed touch.

***CHILDREN POLICY***
- Accommodation at Ametis Villa is suitable only for guest aged 12 years and above.
Children aged 12 years and 16 years old has alternative to stay with their parents in the same villa on existing sofa bed in Imperial Villa and Grand Villa, or stay at independent villa compound separately with parents. Sofa bed price and inclusion is as follows;
*Imperial Villa : Maximum one sofa bed is available at US$75++ (subject to 21% tax & service charge) per person per night includes daily breakfast and daily afternoon tea
*Grand Villa : Maximum two sofa beds are available at US$75++ (subject to 21% tax & service charge) per person per night includes daily breakfast and daily afternoon tea

- Eternal home-style dining and Ametis Lounge welcome all ages as well as the children under 12 years old accompanied by parents or guardian.
