The Electra Palace Hotel-Athens is a five star property under the shadow of the Acropolis, in the picturesque quarter of Plaka, just 3 minutes walking from Syntagma Square, the Parliament and the business and commercial district. The interior decoration of the property is classic in order to match with the classical façade of the hotel and the character of the ancient district of Plaka. All rooms have air-conditioning, mini-bar, sound proof windows, electronic safe box (lap top size), direct dial phone in the bedroom and in the bathroom, “Wi-Fi” internet connection, satellite TV with “pay-movie” system, night light, emergency light connected to a power generator, magnifying mirror in the bathroom, hair dryer, bath robes, slippers & smoke detector. All superior rooms have Acropolis view while the suites have Jacuzzi bathtubs and some separate shower. There are five non-smoking floors, 24-hour room service, laundry service on regular & express basis and secretarial service during office hours. The “Motivo” restaurant is located on the lobby level, along with our traditional “Duck Tail” bar. On the mezzanine, three day light meeting rooms with a total capacity of 200 people are the ideal place for any kind of event, along with the banquet hall on the -1 level with a total capacity of 300 people.

The Electra Palace Hotel is the ideal venue for a successful social or business event. Three naturally lit function rooms, “Alkioni”, “Electra” & “Lefkothea” and a spacious banquet hall, all with state of the art audio–visual equipment and experienced personnel, are available to satisfy the most demanding customer. The capacity of our meeting space varies from 10-60 persons in U shape, from 10-160 persons in school style, up to 280 persons in theatre style & banquet & up to 350 persons for a cocktail.

Getting There
BY CAR:
From Eleftherios Venizelos Domestic and International Airport, take the Attiki Odos highway (pay toll) and follow the sign to Katehaki ave.. Take the K2E exit to the elevated road. From here, take the 16K exit, which leads to the route named Ymittos ring for Katehaki ave.. Follow this road straight until exit Y1 for Katehaki and Messogeion avenue. Turn left in Messogion ave. and go straight following the sign to Vas.Sofias. When in Vas.Sofias ave. drive straight for about 1 km until you find Syntagma square.
Coming from the east: from Piraeus Port, take Akti Miaouli street and turn right in Vas.Georgiou ave.. After 200 metres turn left into Iroon Politehniou ave. which leads to Possidonos ave. and then to Syngrou ave.. At the end of Syngrou ave., turn on the left into Syntagma square.
BY METRO
Take Metro from the Airport and stop to Syntagma Stop. The hotel is just 350 meters from Syntagma Square.
