At the foot of the Marienberg fortress (1.2 miles), you will find the fully air-conditioned 3-star Mercure Hotel Würzburg am Mainufer. The hotel is just 5 minutes' walk from the historic old town, is situated close to the Würzburg Congress Centrum (0.3 miles) and has direct access to the River Main hiking trail. MERCURE WUERZBURG MAINUFER. . The Mercure Hotel Würzburg am Mainufer is beautifully situated on the banks of the river Main, within easy walking distance of the historic center. The Talavera commuter train station is 437 yards (400 m) away, the main train station around a 7-minute dri ve and the A3 highway around 3.1 miles (5 km) away. The nearby congress center is a 10-minute walk, while the Vogel Convention Center is a 10-minute drive away. Würzburg is the ideal base for excursions to the Romantische Straße (Romantic Road).
