He has been working with some of Germany' most reputed addresses and is one of 13 members of hip association of Chefs "Die jungen Wilden" (The young Furiosos) with the association's motto "Different. Younger. More furioso." Sven Büttner realizes the balancing act between tradition and avant-garde. The Atlantic-Bar features Art-déco and architectural fragments of the turn of the century. Barkeeper Alberto Costa not only knows the recipes of some 200 cocktails by heart, but he is also an expert, when it comes to classic cocktails. "Tsao Yang" (Chinese for "Rising Sun") is the name of the stylish Chinese restaurant that has opened in June 2003 at the Hotel Atlantic Kempinski Hamburg. It is unique in Germany regarding ambience and cuisine. Chinese Chefs are realizing a genuine cuisine of their country. Athlethicum" offers personal training and combines three methods under one roof: Pilates on the mat, Allegro equipment training and the Gyrotonic® Expansion system. All three methods stretch and strengthen the muscles and promote the mobility. Gyrotonic® specially releases from stress syndromes and brings back a new flexibility for body and mind. The personal trainers are former ballet dancers with certification and guarantee a high training level. Prices for personal training range between 30 and 180.
