MERCURE ROUEN VAL DE REUIL. . Our hotel is 10 minutes from Rouen, near the Incarville business park. Via the A13 (E05) or A154 highways, exit for Val De Reuil (exit No.19) follow signs to Val De Reuil then turn left in to Voie Des Clouets at the second roundabout (the first roundabout if you are coming from the direction of Paris via the A13).
