Overview
The 2-star Hotel Comte de Nice is situated near the largest shopping street of Nice and its daily market. It leads directly to the 'Promenade des Anglais', the pedestrian zone, the old town and the beach(15-20min walking distance)
The 55 rooms and 12 urban studios (with fully equipped kitchenette)all have a private bathroom as well as a basic but modern and clean decor. A breakfast buffet is served (7.50 EUR) each morning and all rooms come with satellite TV. For your convenience the hotel offers private underground parking (1.50 - 13.50EUR ). There is a 24-hour reception desk with change and fax service. The professionally trained reception staff speaks German, English, and other languages. Getting There
BY TRAM get off at stop LIBERATION!!!!
From the airport:
Follow the directions towards the town centre and the "Promenade des Anglais". After about 4-5km turn left into "Boulevard Gambetta". Continue straight ahead and after the railway bridge turn left into the 4th street "Rue Vernier". Follow the street and turn left into the 5th street ?Rue de Dijon? (bikeshop " Suzuki"). The hotel will appear in front of you on the end of the street.
From the airport with the bus:
Take bus N23, outside Terminal 1 (8 a.m. to 8 p.m.)get off at station "RAIBERTI". There you cross the post office park and the main street Malaussena, go into "rue de Thivin", the hotel is in front of you.
After 8 p.m. you need to take bus N99 to the train station (please tell the driver to stop at the station, otherwise he will go to the main bus station). From there you either walk 10min or take a taxi (10 Euro).

From the junction A8:
Take the motorway exit N54 (Nice Nord) and follow the directions towards the city centre (Boulevard Gorbella, Boulevard A. Raynaud). At the very end of Boulevard A. Raynaud turn left into Boulevard J. Garnier and immediatly right into Rue Alfred Binet. At the 2nd trafic light turn left into Rue Vernier and left again into Rue de Dijon (bikeshop"Suzuki"). You will see the hotel on the end of the street.
