Take bus No. 119 to the Dejvická metro station. From there, take the train - destination Depo Hostivar - to Malostranská (the second stop, after Hradcanská). Walk along the river for about 5 minutes towards the Charles Bridge. This will bring you to Míšenská street.
From the main train station
Take the underground train - the red (C) line, destination Háje - to the Muzeum stop. There, change to the green (A) line and take the train - destination Dejvická - to the Malostranská stop (the third stop, after Starometská). Walk along the river for about 5 minutes towards the Charles Bridge. This will bring you to Míšenská street.
