Business Facilities
Our Vancouver meeting rooms and conference facilities encompass over 1800 square feet of meeting space and can accommodate up to 175 people. Our meeting space is split into two separate meeting rooms, the Regency, and the Fraser. The Regency is 900 square feet with a ceiling height of 8'4 feet and features T-1 Wireless Internet. This room can hold up to 75 people. The Fraser is 950 square feet, with a ceiling of 9 feet, and can hold up to 100 people. The layout of this room is good for having dinner parties, and luncheons. For dinner parties and small banquets, our talented chef can tailor your menu from moist homemade cookies for your breaks to baby back ribs that, just fall off the bone. Our professional sales staff will assist you in ensuring your function is a success. We have ample of parking at the hotel available for our delegates.

Getting There
The Super 8 Vancouver is ideally located 10 minutes from the International Airport, and 15 minutes from downtown Vancouver.

From the Vancouver International Airport:
Take Grant McConachie Way, follow the sign for Marine Drive East. Located 8 blocks away at the corner of Fraser & Marine Drive.

From the US Border:
The I-5 highway becomes highway 99 at the US Border. Take 99 north, under the George Massey tunnel and over the Oak St. Bridge. Exit at Marine Drive East (first exit north side of bridge). Located 5 blocks away at the corner of Fraser & Marine Drive.

From Whistler Mountain:
Take the Sea to Sky Highway south past West Vancouver and North Vancouver and over the IronWorkers Memorial Bridge. Follow the Boundary Road south exit and take Boundary Road south to Marine Drive. Turn right onto Marine Drive west. Located at the corner of Fraser & Marine Drive.

From the BC Interior:
Take highway 1 west. Get off at exit 27 (1st Avenue), turn right at the traffic light, turn right again at Boundary Road. Follow Boundary Road to the end and turn right at Marine Drive west. Located at the corner of Fraser & Marine Drive.

From the Tsawwassen Ferry Terminal (from Victoria):

From the Horseshoe Bay Ferry Terminal (from Nanaimo):
Ferry Terminal exits onto highway 1. Travel past West Vancouver and North Vancouver and over the IronWorkers Memorial Bridge. Follow the Boundary Road south exit and take Boundary Road south to Marine Drive. Turn right onto Marine Drive west. Located at the corner of Fraser & Marine Drive.
