The most comprehensive accommodation arrangement, the Villa Samar has one bedroom equipped with a king- size canopy bed leading onto a large private terrace with a view of the garden and pool. The spacious lounge is an excellent place to relax and a personal Butler is at your service throughout your stay. The villa offers the same amenities as the suites plus an open-air shower and Victorian bath.

? The Villa Fou-Nan
A traditional Khmer house featuring a large designer living area, with a deep sofa, Art Deco armchairs and table, and a view over the tropical garden and the front of the Samar Villas & Spa Resort. Furnishings, in a subtlely blended cameo of greys ranging from very dark to very light, include colonial furniture, pieces of Cambodian art and original etchings and collages by Yves Saint Laurent. A collection of orchids adorns the balcony where you will take your breakfast.

? L'Appart (The Apartment)
With its warm, welcoming atmosphere, L'Appart is ideal for families or two couples. It comprises a common lounge, two individually decorated bedrooms (one with double bed, the other with two separate beds), two bathrooms, and a very large terrace.

? 5 Junior-Suites
Facing the garden and overlooking the large swimming pool, the Junior Suites are made from wood and local materials. Spacious and refined, each tastefully decorated suite comprises a room with canopy bed and a private outside veranda for relaxing. Ideal for sipping cocktails while enjoying the birdsong.
