Opened in July 2000 Y Hotel City South is a modern three star hotel boasting 64 rooms, offering terrific friendly service it is the most affordable and clean accommodation in the city fringe! Since taking over, Y Hotel City South has added funky, modern new decor giving the hotel a fresh stylish look and great boutique feel!

Facilities include "Limited" secure undercover parking @$20(Please ring hotel in advance to book a parking spot),safety deposit boxes,coin operated laundry,interent room,luggage storage.The hotel is surrounded by some great Cafe's and is an easy 8 minute walk to Central Station. You can find bargains and great shopping at Broadway and Market City, not to mention all the excitement and nightlife you can find at Chinatown and Darling Harbour.The historical suburbs of Newtown and Glebe with their great range of unique boutique shops are also within walking distance.

Sydney University and Sydney Institute of Tafe are just 10 minutes walk away, while the University of Technology and the Australian Technology Park are only 6 minutes walk away.

From the airport:

By SHUTTLE BUS: The shuttle bus is located outside airport terminal near main bus stop. It costs $14.00 per person, which will stop at our doorstep.

From Central Station: From the Broadway exit (Railway square), walk south along Lee Street for 8-10 minutes. Lee Street will become Regent Street. We are on the corner of Regent and Cleveland streets.

By Car: Turn into City Road from the Great Western Highway, then first left onto Cleveland Street where you will find us on the corner of Regent and Cleveland streets.

DUE TO PARKING EXTREMELY LIMITED SPACES. IT HAS TO BE PRE BOOKED PRIOR TO ARRIVAL. ALL CAR SPOTS ARE SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY. COST APPLIES.Entry and exits are unlimited and is a 24hr service. BOOKINGS ARE REQUIRED IN ADVANCE.You will need to contact the property directly with regards to this.( Note to the 10 April to the end of May parking won't be available)
