We are a unique Australian style of accommodation where you stay in replica's of Public Buildings from Australia's past.
Woollamia Village Retreat, has been built from the ground up as replica's of an Australian Federation era Village (1901). Partly inspired by our Grandmothers past residence in an old Court House at Cobbora NSW. Also inspired by "The Kinks" Are Village Green Preservation Society.
Our accommodation cottages are built on a village theme offering you a choice of The Church, The Bank, The General Store, The Police Station which can accommodate up to 3 guests and The School which can accommodate 4 guests all of which are pet friendly.
We also have The Village Inn,which also can accommadate up to 4 guests which does not allow pets.
A NOTE TO DOG OWNER GUESTS: Fee is $30.00 per dog per night. We have 5 pet friendly cottages available, so that you can bring your best friend with you to make your stay more enjoyable. Our eco and pet friendly cottages have yards and small to medium dogs up to 10kg's are most welcome. If you have a bigger one its not welcome so please leave it at home. Your dog is allowed inside so we request that you bring your dogs bedding with you. We also request that you do not leave your dog unattended either in the cottage or yard! When out side the cottage or yard we request you have your dog on a lead at all times on our property. We ask that you bring your dogs vaccination papers with you. We also request that you treat your dog for fleas and ticks prior to your arrival. Please note that there is a $30.00 per night fee for your dog no matter what is stated in the cottage description.

Our Luxury self catering cottages are a delight, past guests say "one night is simply not enough".
All have one bedroom some are able to accommodate additional guests in the living room. Maximum of 3 or 4 guests per cottage.
We are located in a quiet bush setting and yet so close to Jervis Bay(5 minutes) and yet so private. Its like having your own weekender tucked away in the bush somewhere special. Our larger cottages (6) have a private bathroom with a double spa bath.
We have abundant birds(why not enjoy breakfast with the birds on your veranda). You may even have a Kangaroo or two turn up as well! We are located in a quiet and private bush setting. Each cottage is private from the next cottage being about 50 meters apart.
We are centrally located between the Navy Bases of HMAS Albatross at Nowra & HMAS Creswell at Jervis Bay.
The Jervis Bay area has beaches reputed to be amongst the world's whitest sand beaches. The area has many attractions and activities available and is just a 15 minute drive south of Berry.
We are just an hours drive to Bowral and the Bradman Museum.
We can offer you the exclusive use of Woollamia Village Retreat and can accommodate between 16 to 24 guests in our unique cottages! We are available for conferences and functions including Weddings. "Take in the sights and sounds of the Aussie bush". There is nothing like it!
We ask that you leave your"cottage"in a similar condition to which you found it! Cleaning fees apply for cottages left in an unacceptable manner. If the cottage hired is left dirty your credit card may be debited for the additional cleaning required.

Getting There
Route 1:Travel south down the Princes Highway through Berry to Nowra our nearest major town.
Route2:You can also travel south on the M5 to Mittagong, head left through Bowral and proceed through Kangaroo Valley to Nowra.
Route 3:You can travel south on the F6 and take the Helensberg turnoff to the left and take the scenic Sea Cliff Bridge(Grand Pacific drive) and follow down the coast through Wollongong,Kiama, Geringong and Shoalhaven Heads into Nowra.
Once you reach Nowra continue along the Princes Highway 13km south of Nowra. Turn left into Jervis Bay Road (if heading south, right if heading north) proceed 1.5k's to Woollamia Road turn first left into Woollamia Road proceed 4.5km to Pritchard Avenue the third street on your right,(look out for the blue & white bed sign with pointer arrow) turn right we are located at 21 Pritchard Avenue about half a km on the left.
Please note: We are located at 21 Pritchard Avenue which is located off Woollamia Road. This is the only way you can enter our property. You can not enter South Pritchard Avenue located off Huskisson Road as this section is an unmaintained Council Road. Please travel carefully.
Note: Some GPS systems will lead you to Huskisson Road and South Pritchard Avenue this is an unmaintained council road and can't be driven through.
Route 4:If you are coming from further down the South Coast or from Canberra(via the Kings Highway through Braidwood) to Batemans Bay then drive along the Princes Highway through Ulladulla then Milton. Then carry on along the Princes Highway through Wandandian and Bewong and turn right into Jervis Bay Road.Proceed 1.5k'sand turn left into Woollamia Road, follow along Woollamia Road for 4.5k's and turn right into Pritchard Avenue (the third street on your right) turn right we are located 0.5k along on the left hand side. See you soon! THE NEWLY SEALED ROUTE FROM CANBERRA: Head over to Bungendore via the Kings Highway, then across to Tarago, cross Braidwood Road head to Cullulla Road, turn right. Then turn left at Sandy Point Road and go to Oallen Road, turn right and head for Oallen. From there proceed towards Neriga, about 1.5-2k's of dirt just before the Shoalhaven River crossing (over the Shoalhaven River) from Neriga through Sassafrass down towards Nowra, turn right at HMAS Albatross head towards the main gate an take the left turn just before and head over Nowra Hill via BTU Road to the Princes Highway. Turn right and proceed to the Jervis Bay Road turn off and go to the left, head just over the crest aprox. 1.5 k's first left into Woollamia Road, proceed about 4.5k's to Pritchard Avenue the third road on your right, you will see a blue and white bed pointer sign on this corner. We are located just 0.5k on the left. Travel Safely!
