Overview
Woodland by the Bay Bed & Breakfast offers an apartment with two Queen bedrooms. Prices quoted are per couple per night includes a full breakfast (from a menu). The apartment includes a fridge, a micro wave and tea and coffee making facilities for our guests. This modern apartment is self-contained and our guests have their own entrance with garden and courtyard garden. (The property is equivalent to a four star rating. It is not suitable for children). The cottage has two x two bedroom fully self-contained apartments. The Deluxe Apartment has a queen bedroom and a bedroom with two singles, a bathroom, toilet and laundry, with a fully equipped kitchen and a large lounge/dining room. The Spa Apartment has a queen and king (or two singles) bedroom and both have an ensuite. This apartment has a living/dining/kitchenette and washing machine. Guests have access to the six person heated spa (in its own enclosed area) is from the living room. Both apartments are fitted with climate control. Both have off the street parking. (both of these apartments are suitable for children)

Getting There
Follow the Freeway/Tollway through the south eastern suburbs from Melbourne and take either Moorooduc Road or Nepean Highway after leaving Frankston. Turn right onto Craigie road and turn left onto The Esplanade, drive past the village shops in Mount Martha (heading south) and turn left onto Marguerita Road and take the third right onto Sunshine and first left onto Alexandrina Road. Please check in at our Bed & Breakfast at No 24 Alexandrina Road, Mount Martha.
