We have 29 rooms ranging from Standard and Standard Executive rooms, Singles, Twin Share, Doubles, One Bedroom, Family rooms, Two Bedroom Family rooms and Interconnecting rooms for those larger families. We also have two disabled with assistance friendly rooms. All rooms come with queen bed, free Austar, ensuite, toaster, tea/coffee making facilities, iron, ironing board, hair dryer and reverse-cycle air conditioning.All our rooms are strictly non-smoking.There is so much to do as we are in walking distance to hotels, restaurants, beaches, playgrounds, markets, hospital, supermarkets and the city centre.

Getting There
When arriving from Henty or Princes Highway, follow the road into the city centre and we are one block north of the post office on 141 Percy Street.Approx. travel times are:Melbourne - Portland 4 hours Warrnambool - Portland 1 hour 10 minutesHamilton - Portland 1 hour Mt Gambier - Portland 1 hour 5 minutesWhen arriving from these places they all come into Portland on Percy Street. Go through the first roundabout and we are about 70 metres down the road on the right, on the corner of Percy and Otway Streets.
