Overview
Wild Edge Retreat is a couples only retreat and offers four elevated spa pavilions, two with their own private plunge pools. Located just two hours drive north of Sydney,the Retreat is set high on a mountain ridgeline with spectacular views. Each Pavilion is luxuriously appointed and furnished with quality fabrics and vogue style decor.
The Pavilions feature an open plan bedroom and living area design, well equiped kitchen, luxurious bathrooms with two person spa, twin vanities and separate shower. Wood fires, DVD, Bose stereo system, LCD flat screen TV, electric BBQ's and a king size day bed on a large deck are just some of the inclusions offered.
While we do provide breakfast provisions,as we are in a remote location, guests are advised to bring other food and beverage provisions.

Business Facilities
The beauty of the Retreat is its remote location which promotes peace and tranquility. There are limited business facilities available and limited mobile reception cover. Fax and Internet access is available on request.
Getting There
From Sydney: Cross the Harbour Bridge and follow the Pacific Highway towards Hornsby. At Wahroonga take the F3 Freeway towards Newcastle. You will travel on the F3 for approximately 25 minutes. After crossing the Hawksbury River take the Peats Ridge/Calga exit. At Peats Ridge, take the left turn to Wollombi. Follow this road for approximately 50 minutes.
At the Wollombi Tavern, turn right and travel 1.2km and turn right into Narone Creek Road. Travel along this unsealed road for 2.3km and then turn left, indicated by the Wild Edge Retreat sign. Travel along this unsealed private road for 2.8km until you reach the top of the ridgeline.
From Newcastle and North: Take the New England Highway west and follow signs to Cessnock. At Cessnock continue straight on and follow the signs to Wollombi. Just prior to entering the township of Wollombi turn left into Narone Creek Road and travel 2.3km until you reach a left-hand turn indicated by the Wild Edge Retreat sign. Travel along this private road for 2.8km until you reach the top of the ridgeline.

Parking provided. Please note access to the Retreat is via an unsealed road and care should be taken with conventional vehicles.
