Waterways Luxury Apartments has 69 self-contained apartments over 23 Floors. Our 2 and 3 bedroom/two bathroom apartments have full kitchen and laundry facilities with balcony views of the river and the surf. We offer a relaxed atmosphere in comfortable surroundings at an affordable rate. We are centrally located just 300 meters from Cavill Ave and 300 meters to a patrolled beach and close to two major shopping complexes as well as restaurants and bars. Our facilities include a heated swimming pool, BBQ area and private fishing pontoon. The property it on the River with river activities available including jet skiing, power boating, canal cruising and fishing or you can even hire a BBQ boat and spend a relaxing day with the family. All Bookings for Gold Coast attractions are available at reception desk – just ask our friendly on-site managers for assistance. Secure undercover parking available with accommodation.

Waterways Luxury Apartments are located in the heart of Surfers Paradise. Address: 40 Ferny Ave Cnr Thomas Drive right next to the Chevron Island Bridge.
The Gold Coast/Coolangatta Airport is located 30km south.
With Brisbane International Airport located 90km North of Surfers Paradise.
Transport to us from airports by taxi, bus and train or door to door airport transfers can be arrange for you.

Brisbane Airport
From Brisbane Airport – Follow Airport drive and turn left onto the Gateway Motorway. Continue for approximately 25km and the highway will become the Pacific Highway. Follow the signs to the Gold Coast and take the Southport/Surfers Paradise exit. Follow the signs to Surfers Paradise. The Gold Coast Highway will become Ferny Avenue. We are located at number 40.

Coolangatta Airport
From Coolangatta Airport – Turn left onto the Gold Coast Highway and follow the signs to Surfers Paradise. Turn right from the Gold Coast highway into Clifford Street, left into Surfers Paradise Boulevard, left into Elkorn Avenue, left into Ferny Avenue. We are located at number 40 which will be on your right.

Limousines, taxis or Airport Shuttle Bus transfers can be organised after booking through Reception.
