Townhouse 99 and 101 are architect designed (Tag Walters- 1960) with a lovely ambient open plan living area, each providing three bedrooms (two queen and one double bed), secure car parking and courtyard. The bedrooms boast quality linen, electric blankets, lamps, clocks, additional blankets, wardrobes and drawers (built in) and quality blinds for total light block-out and shaded privacy. Each Townhouse provides two bathrooms, large spa and two toilets. The bathrooms are spacious and provide toiletries. The kitchen is new, well equipped, modern and easy to use. Tea, coffee and milk provided. The kitchen has a dishwasher, hot plates, oven, fridge, freezer, microwave and clothes washer/dryer. The Townhouses also have outdoor clothes lines, but the dryer is most useful for winter. Large TV/DVDs in the living area (with surround sound) and master bedroom. The dining area and living rooms with large lounge suite with chaise lounge and ottoman. This room has a stunning sandstone feature that has been quarried from the local area and cut and laid to make a beautiful feature. Board games, chess and a range of DVDs provided. The townhouses are stylish and quality. They are located in the CBD, just a short stroll to the restaurants, performing arts centre, art gallery, hotels and night clubs. Also a short stroll to the tourist information centre, Flagstaff Hill Maritime Village, Lake Pertobe Adventure playground, Beaches and Breakwater. Nearby is also a range of fast food outlets and a supermarket. BBQs are also available in both Townhouses.
A few kilometres away is the Whale Nursery at Logan's Beach, Tower Hill (a dormant volcano and State Wildlife Park) and the gateway to the Great Ocean Road (Twelve Apostles etc). To the north is the gateway to the Grampian Mountain Range and National Park. This area also includes the third largest lava plain in the world, so a short day trip can be had to visit other dormant volcanoes. Fishing is also excellent in this area and two major rivers, the Merri and Hopkins provide excellent fishing opportunities. The Townhouses are located on Timor Street which is two blocks from the entry to the beach precinct. The beaches here provide both swimming, body boarding and surfing quality. There are also beautiful walking tracks along the coast which can be easily connected to from the Townhouses. Cycling paths and cycling lanes are also a wonderful feature of Warrnambool.

Townhouse 99 and 101 are located at 99 and 101 Timor Street Warrnambool. By car entering Warrnambool from the east or west the driver would need to turn south, towards the sea from the highway, down Banyan Street (there is a set of traffic lights with a car wash on the corner). Continue down Banyan Street through two roundabouts until the third roundabout which is the intersection of Timor and Banyan Streets. Turn left and 99 and 101 Timor are ahead sharp right on the corner.
The local bus pulls up in Timor Street outside the Archie Graham Elderly Citizens centre and then a very short walk east will bring you to 99 and 101.
The train station in two block south and two blocks west of the townhouses. If travelling by train Helen will collect guests from the station.
Secure car parking is provided to both Townhouses:
Townhouse 99 - Garaged (undercover) secure remote control car-parking under the house (off the street).
Townhouse 101- Car port (undercover) secure remote control door at back of house (off the street).
No charge for parking. Free on the street car parking (out front) is also available.
